- We offer returns within 14 days after the delivery date
- In order for the item to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. If any part of the products or packaging is missing, the delivery company cannot collect the product
- In case of refund for no reason or just change your mind the order can be returned but a return fee will be charged which is borne by the customer
- If there is a manufacturing fault and the product cannot be replaced or repaired, you can get a full refund free of charge within 2-4 business days from the date of order.
