- We have a 14 day exchange policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your part to request a replacement
- In case of wrong orders received or a manufacturing defect, a free replacement will be given within 2-4 business days from the date of order
- In order for the item to be eligible for exchange, your product must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase
- If any part of the products or packaging is missing, the delivery company cannot receive the product
- In case of exchange due to wrong size (for rings) or change of mind, the order can be exchanged but subject to shipping charges borne by the customer.
